Leon, I'm not sure about the seasoned part...since I've been swimming for Tri's, you could say I'm an old salt. Elise often says I'm over-done, and heaven knows I've fried on the roads by the competition. I often stew in my own juices and pepper the opposition. I'll leave you to digest this while we cook up more relays for the marathon.
