I myself could have caught Tracey Levins if my left calf wasn't tightening up on me, and I didn't have to look for my cell phone and if I had only known which red shirt he was ahead of me (Good race by the way Tracey, 3rd local master). I'm sure everyone would agree that I could have slashed 30 to 45 seconds off if I "really" wanted, but the calf thing, phone thing and not knowing where in the hell he was just messed me up. So come on Leif, I know that you've got an extraneous circumstance somewhere in you. Lets have it!
