Sorry Flat-Belly Man. You probably won't see me until Senior Bowl. I'm focusing 100% on a half-ironman in September. One of the things I learned from my fiasco at Gulf Coast is that, unlike the GREAT Timmy J., my body just doesn't seem to tolerate both speedwork and endurance prep. at the same time. (Call me what you want, just don't call me late for dinner.) So, it's endurance work until Sept., then some speedwork to try to put together enough running fitness to make you at least sweat to beat me !!
