Hey Mo! ,,,,,question about Mellow Mushroom

I am considering coming out tomorrow night to run with the Mellow Mushroom group. My daughter, Devan, has friends that are showing up for it. However, she dances until 6:15,so we couldn't be there until 6:45. Are there some people still running at that time? She is wanting to go but I don't want to drive back into town if yall are finishing up.

There is always the option of skipping the workout and eating with you guys!!! (haha)

Does a group run from there any other night?
