Why were walkers asked if they were competitive walkers or not? If you were not please do not cross the finish line but go to the side. I know several walkers who were confused (Peg was not) and did not cross the finish line for times to be recorded. I know threee people were or are on corporate teams. If you register for a race, shouldn't you be allowed to cross the finish line, no matter how slow or fast you may be?
