5k/10k merger was better but the finish line was dangerous. Maybe they could use the right side of the median for the 5k finish and the left side for the 10k. Somebody is gonna get hurt (if it hasnt happened already). Its really not fair for the 10k people finishing to have to deal with all the walkers and leisure runners of the 5k who really are just looking at finishing in no particular time. However, those 5k people paid just as much as we did and they shouldn't have to deal with those of us pretending to be serious runners darting around them to get to the finish line 10 sec faster than our last race. Changes need to be made. Just my 2 cents!
