That area has not been the same since they did away with the draw bridge and disturbed all the archaelogical remains at the foot of the bridge. Some say it's the old draw bridge operator that haunts the bridge. We need the Mystery Machine. I can hear it now.

In a Scooby mystery it's usually someone that owns property in the area and somehow looks to make huge somes of money if they can scare everyone off. Bruce don't you live on Dog River??? Hmmmm...interesting.
