Yo;

I am designating the upcoming Saraland 8K as the official weekend workout for my Team in Training gang, and I need to ask the help of someone with sound mind and judgment and knowledge of road names to help me give them directions to Amelia Park. I actually know how to get there, just couldn't tell anyone else how to do so if my life depended on it.
