OUCH!! Hurling until your stiches busted. Sounds like a painful week. Glad to hear that the surgury went well and the prognosis for recovery is positive.
PLEASE take it slow and easy in your recovery. If you rush things, you could end up back where you started or even worse. You're what, 32? A few weeks is nothing when you compare it to the rest of your life.
Come back when it's time and your body is ready.
