I wanted to make sure that you knew that the Sunday runs are at 6:00 AM not in the evening.
And once again, don't say that I did'nt warn you about the critters at night, four legged and two legged.

PS Please join us at one of our regular times. It's no fun and not safe running alone. We do not all run the same pace at our runs but since it is a loop we see each other and watch out for each other along the way.
