I'm sure that Brian did more than a five minute cool down and I finished within 5 minutes of him, 4 minutes and 21 seconds to be exact. Therefore, you are proved wrong once again missy. Where were you anyway? Seeing you always inspires me to run even faster. When are you gonna train with some real runners out at the beautiful Blue Bell training grounds?
