I was only speaking from personal experience. Dr. Conrad ignored my predictions that my running-induced hip and ITB problems were going to worsen (as they did) and provided no recommendations for prevention or treatment other than to send me to a sketchy pair of what I hesitate to call podiatrists.

Of course, Bobby, feel free to disregard my advice.
