I'm a newbie here on the forums, and am starting to prep for the Azalea Trail Run in March. I'm starting slowly and increasing my workout more and more as I go along. I started walking 15 mins nearly every day (for about a month), then walking 25 mins, fastforward to where I am now, basically running/walking 2.2 miles a day for the last couple of days. Is there any advice you can give me to help my training, I don't expect to totally be able to run the complete distance by trail run, but would like to at least compete in my first Azalea trail run and finish it. Its been a dream of mine for years, and I'm finally getting started and am serious enough to get to finally do it.
